About us
Hi, my names Martin and I’m the owner and founder of On All Paws Pet Services. Leaving your pet in the care of someone that you don’t know can be daunting but I hope by reading a little about me you’ll have the confidence and peace of mind that your pet will be in very good hands!
I’ve always had a passion for animals and being the animal lover I am I had always hoped to work with animals in some capacity. From a very young age and throughout my time at school I had aspirations to train to become a vet. Unfortunately due to a whole variety of factors (which I won’t bore you with!), this never materialised.

Upon leaving school and entering into the real world of work I tried my hand at a variety of different jobs/occupations but never feeling like I found my niche. So after leaving yet another job where I felt unchallenged, unappreciated, and uninspired on a daily basis, I made the bold decision, in the spring of 2011, to start my very own business offering pet care services to pet owners in Milton Keynes. ‘On All Paws’ was here!

Having been fortunate enough to grow up with dogs, and other pets throughout my childhood, I understand just how important pets become in your day to day lives. My whole childhood, teenage years and to a large extent my early adulthood has centred around our family pets, most significantly our 17 year old golden Cocker Spaniel, called Copper, our Old English Mastiff, Zak, and most recently another Cocker Spaniel called Chester. I will always cherish the close bond I have held with each of them.
I therefore completely understand why it is so important to identify the ‘right’ person to be part of your pets care, during those times when you’re busy and need the additional support, or when you want to enjoy a well deserved holiday, but not go away with anxieties about your pets wellbeing and happiness.

Over the last few years I have taken great pride building On All Paws into the successful and reputable business it is today, delivering only the very best care to pet owners in Milton Keynes. We are recognised as one of MK's longest established pet care experts adopting a professional attitude to our dog walking, pet sitting and home boarding services, but never losing sight that each and every pet and their owner have individual needs which need to be understood to ensure the best level of care will be met consistently.
As the business has grown I have been able to build a fantastic team of people around me who share the same passion for pets to support me in providing our range of pet services. They are all employees of On All Paws, working on behalf of myself to deliver the high quality pet care that On All Paws are known for and have been through a thorough vetting process to ensure that they meet the standards of care expected. They are all insured under the business insurance and police checked for your peace of mind. The fantastic team of home boarding hosts are also licensed by the local authorities to board dogs in their homes.
To sum up.. I'm so thankful that I've been able to be doing something I love on a daily basis turning my passion for animals and pets into my real full time "grown up job"!
